Findings:

Kerala, Mizoram, Lakshadweep, Tripura, Goa,
Andaman and Nicobar, Chandigarh, Pondicherry, Delhi, Nagaland, Daman Diu,
Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Maharastra, Tamil Nadu, Manipur, Gujrat, Uttrakhand,
Meghalaya, flowing states are fall in the high literacy than west Bengal.

Rajasthan,
Bihar, Jharkhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh,
Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Hariyana, Assam, Karnataka, Dadra, and Nagar Haveli this
following states are falling under low literacy rate than west Bengal.

From the above
tabulated statistical data, it is found that Purulia (13.75%), coach Bihar
(12.37%), Jalpaiguri (14.02%), Malda (15.71%), Birbhum (12.59%), Bankura
(10.62%), Medinipur (11.52%), South 24 Parganas (12.39%), Nadia (11.4%).
Murshidabad (15.46%), Uttar Dinajpur (15.66%), Dakshin Dinajpur (12.73%), Malda
(15.71%), Darjeeling (10.39%). showing the high growth rate of female literacy in
respect to other Districts of West Bengal. and from the backward district
Malda, Murshidabad, Uttar Dinajpur, and also Darjeeling and Jalpaiguri achieve a high growth rate from preceding ten years. On the other hand, other Districts
of West Bengal like Burdwan (8.68%) Howrah (9.32%), Hooghly (9.15%), North 24
Parganas (8.62%), Kolkata (6.76%) achieved a growth rate minor in respect to
other Districts.
